MAOR is the exclusive owner of the website www.maorofficial.com . The website contains information regarding its brand, history, news, sales points and its fine jewelry products.
MAOR respects the personal privacy of its clients, all personal information which shall be disclosed to MAOR by its clientele shall be treated strictly in accordance with the relevant regulation. To this regard if you want to access, modify or delete your personal information, please contact us at email@example.com. Your personal information are for MAOR’s exclusive use only, and not be shared for marketing purposes.

By submitting an offer to purchase MAOR products, you expressly authorize MAOR to perform security checks where it deems necessary. MAOR reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time. For example, if MAOR suspects, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities or have otherwise violated these Conditions of Sale.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. The full amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is approved by MAOR, and your credit card will be charged the applicable purchase amount, shipping costs and handling fees where applicable.
PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING COSTS
Prices will be provided for the pieces of your interest based on specifications requested, which may include size needed, gold weight and amount of diamonds placed. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on your payment before you are asked to confirm and place your order, will also be reflected in the confirmation of your order and invoice provided. Prices, sales taxes and shipping costs will vary based on the location to which products are being delivered to, and the shipping option chosen.
THE FOLLOWING COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES MAY BE OFFERED, FREE OF CHARGE, THROUGH THE SPACE IN LOS ANGELES.
You may personalize your order by adding a personalized note that will be printed by MAOR on gift cardsto be included in your order package. *MAOR reserves the right to reject gift card notes it deems offensive or inappropriate to be sent on MAOR-logo stationery.
ENGRAVING / EMBOSSING
Engraving or embossing service is offered complimentary on applicable products. If you wish to have your MAOR product engraved or embossed, please provide all details at the time of order keeping in mind any limitations due to design.
*Engraved or embossed products cannot be returned to MAOR for exchange or refund.
Product adjustment is available on applicable products based on design. If you request a linked bracelet and necklace adjustment, the removed links will be returned to you and included in the package.
In order to ensure your total satisfaction, a customer or a recipient of MAOR products (a “Gift Recipient”) may return MAOR products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below. Returns of MAOR products that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by MAOR and will be sent back to the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PERIOD
MAOR allows the Customer or Gift Recipient to return or exchange products purchased within thirty (30) days following delivery as long as the products are returned in its original state and packaging along with its original receipt or invoice.
Customers and Gift Recipients may be permitted to exchange a product purchased via email or in the THE SPACEfor another MAOR product if the product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy within thirty (30) days following delivery.
MAOR will provide an invoice with reference of the amount originally paid, the price of the new item for which the original product has been exchanged and the difference to be paid by the Customer or the amount that the Customer is entitled to receive, as needed.
Should a product be returned for exchange to THE SPACE by a Customer or Gift Recipient, only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged product. If the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item, the customer or Gift Recipient may choose to pay the difference following their instructions.
For approved exchanges that are being shipped to MAOR, please affix a pre-paid delivery label in the package so we may send back the exchanged product accordingly.
v) Bring the package to any UPS location or call UPS to arrange pick-up.
Should the Customer or Gift Recipient decide to return a purchased item within the 30-day period, MAOR and the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, agree that MAOR maintains a special interest in the merchandise and will therefore purchase insurance on the returned merchandise. MAOR is under no obligation to do so but will take this initiative for the Customer's or Gift Recipient’s convenience.
CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
MAOR products must be returned in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place such as U-Pins (if applicable), as well as with the MAOR packaging, including all accessories and documents. *MAOR will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or if any of its packaging is missing. Products that have been purchased through MAOR retailers may not be returned to the MAOR showroom and must follow the retailer’s return polices.
Products that have been purchased in the MAOR Showroom may be returned in its original state and with all packaging at the following address: 8366 1/2 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90048
If a Customer or Gift Recipient wishes to return or exchange a product to THE SPACE, then such person must comply with the following steps:
i) Email the Client Relations Center at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and please explain the reason for returning or exchanging the product. Once approved, the RAN will be provided and needed prior to returning any product originally purchased from THE SPACE.
ii) Include all pieces and original packaging provided.
iii) Please ship back using next day service and insurance on the package for security with all relevant documents and RAN.
The Customer or Gift Recipient must keep a proof of return and the tracking number associated with your shipment to provide in the case of any issues, MAOR accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by MAOR will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receiving a return, MAOR will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Products that have been adjusted at the Customer’s request must be returned with the exact number of links as in the original delivered package.
Engraved or embossed products cannot be returned to MAOR for exchange or refund. Special order, personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned to MAOR for exchange or refund, unless an issue has occurred due to MAOR’s negligence, which will be decided upon review of the returned products.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by MAOR to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, MAOR will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), MAOR will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
REFUNDS & MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Should a product be returned to the THE SPACE by the Customer or the Gift Recipient, only the person who provided the payment will be entitled to receive a refund. In no event will a Gift Recipient be entitled to receive a refund.
MAOR will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the appropriate person no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt and approval of the returned product. Except for delivery of a defective product, initial shipping charges if applicable will not be refunded to the Customer.
MAOR is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to MAOR in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, MAOR may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. If your product is declared as defective by MAOR, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient as applicable.
i) MAOR may send you the same product as originally ordered, subject to availability.
ii) MAOR may propose an exchange for another MAOR creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference, or only the Customer, may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase.
WARRANTIES /LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While MAOR will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the website, in advertisement, catalog or by a client relations representative, it makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. MAOR does not confirm the price of a its product until a confirmation of order has been issued, indicating the existence of a binding sales contract.
While every effort will be made to ensure that the descriptions, photographs or graphical representations of the MAOR products displayed on the website or in a catalog are as accurate as possible, MAOR does not warrant that such materials or other content are error-free, whether as a result of inaccuracy, omission, obsolescence or otherwise. Accordingly, the customer’s sole remedy in the event of any such error is to return the product as set forth in our return policy.
