RETURNS & REPAIRS
Return Policy
In store and online merchandise that is unworn may be exchanged or returned for store/online credit only.
We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 5 days of delivery of order.
Return Process
Reach out to customercare@maorofficial.com or call 323.782.0600 with your return request. Make sure to include your order number.
Once your return is approved you will receive an approval code and shipping instructions.
Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip with your approval code written on it in your return package.
Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.
Packages can either be dropped off at any authorized Fedex location, or you can schedule a pick-up via Fedex. Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt, along with record of your tracking number.
With regards to exchanges the new item requested will be shipped once the return item is accepted.
Repairs
Each MAOR piece comes with a lifetime warranty against damage from normal wear.
Please review our warranty for exceptions of repairs.

Shipping Options
We offer ground shipping through Fedex. Shipping to the US is free, Mexico and Canada $30 and the rest of the world $80.
International Duties
International Taxes and Duties will be determined by your region.
We are not responsible for any custom& Duties fees.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each MAOR piece comes with a Limited lifetime warranty against damage from normal wear.
Our warranty covers active styles.
Discontinued styles will need to be examined case by case to make a determination for approving repairs and are not guaranteed to be repaired, however we will do our very best to ensure to repair your item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless it is within 15 days of purchase or it is determined that there is an issue with the product.

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of a few territories.

Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, and some of our styles are unavailable online. Please call us with details of the item that you wish to purchase and your billing information. Customer care is available Monday - Friday 9:30am-6pm pst at 323.782.0600.
What type of delivery do you offer?
We offer ground shipping, 2 day and overnight options through Fedex.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. We also accept payment through PayPal, Apple Pay and Affirm.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, payment is captured immediately. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. In stock items will be packed and shipped within two business days. Items not in stock will note the expected delivery date on the product page. Once FedEx has possession of your package you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as the order is placed. Because we may have started the processing of your order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders more that 5 hours after placing.
How do I check my order status?
If you placed your order while logged in to your maoroffical.com account: To check your order status, navigate to the "Orders" section of your account. Here, you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders. If your order has shipped, you can view the tracking information.
Do you charge for shipping and returns?
We offer free ground shipping and returns on all orders within the continental U.S.

What is your return policy?

Can I return my online MAOR order in-store?
Online purchases cannot be returned in stores. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. In-store purchases cannot be returned online. Terms and policies may differ in-store.
I shipped my return, when will I receive my credit?
All purchases are final sale.Please allow for 1-3 business days after the receipt of your return shipment for us to process your Online/ Store Credit. How do I pay 4 interest-free installments?
Select Affirm to split your purchase into 4 equal payments, charged automatically every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipment date). No bills are sent - you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your purchase.
Is there a fee to pay in 4 interest-free installments?
There are no upfront fees or interest when you pay in installments through Affirm.
What is monthly financing through Affirm?
Monthly financing is available when you choose the Affirm payment option at the time of checkout. This affordable and highly flexible open-end line of credit is issued by Affirm, and it allows you to pay for your purchases over time and can be used anywhere in the Affirm merchant network.
Will this effect my credit score?

Do you sell giftcards?
Virtual Gift Cards are available for purchase in $100, $250, $500, $1,000. Virtual gift Cards will be delivered to the email address of the purchaser or the gift recipient. Virtual Gift Cards will be redeemable towards any maorofficial.com purchase or in store Maor purchase. Please note, physical gift cards can only be purchased at Maor physical locations.
My MAOR item needs to be repaired - what should I do?
Maor offers a lifetime warranty on jewelry items. This warranty applies to normal wear. It is at the Maor teams discretion whether warranty coverage will be extended for a no cost repair on a damaged item.
