Shipping

We offer ground shipping, 2 day and overnight options through UPS. For international orders we calculate your duties & taxes upfront so there are no surprises when you receive your package. Shipping and import charges are calculated based on item value and postal zone. 

If you are located in the LA area you may order online and pick up at our LA Store, please make a note of this upon your purchase confirmation. If the returned item is accepted and the replacement is not available, we will produce and reach you when ready. 

 

Returns

We accept returns as exchange or company credit only for eligible products purchased online through our website and store within 7 days of delivery, with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE. No refunds are allowed. In the LA area you may return or exchange in person at the LA store with proof of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased in any of the  brand certified stockiest. 

    • Reach out to customercare@maorofficial.com with your exchange request. Make sure to include your order number, the request will be reviewed and a representative will reach you as soon as possible. 
    • Once approved, you will receive an approval code and packing slip via email.
    • Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip with your approval code written in your return package. 
    • Seal the box securely and adhere a return shipping label, we recommend a reputable shipping service and add insurance to avoid loss.
    • Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt, along with record of your tracking number.
    • For exchanges, the item must be in new condition free of any abrasions or damages. The new item requested will be shipped once the return piece is examined and accepted.
